Is It Possible To Smoke Oregano? If So, Are There Any Side Effects, And What Are They?

Yes, you can smoke oregano if you wish, but there is no logical reason to do so. Oregano is simply an herb used for flavoring food. Smoking oregano produces no euphoric high; it will simply make you cough. You can smoke anything you wish; tree leaves, grape stems, banana peels, etc. But if your intention is to experience a "high," you certainly won't get it from oregano or any other herb found in your kitchen.

In fact, oregano is often sold on the street by drug dealers who claim that it's marijuana because, when dried and chopped, oregano does look like marijuana. You won't know that you've been conned until you light up. The dealer will be long gone by then. This is a regular occurrence on the street; you don't get what you paid for. The side effects of smoking oregano are the same as those for smoking anything: coughing, shortness of breath, lung damage and sore throat.

Wow what a loser. If you're gonna do drugs (which i don't condone) atleast get some balls and do some real stuff. And what's the point if you don't get high off it, I thought that's why everybody does do drugs.
