The software for a Fisher Price Kid-Tough Digital Camera is available for download on the Fisher Price website: Www.fisher-price.com/fp.aspx?st=2620@e=software

  • Accessing the software
The link will take you straight to a screen with 3 Kid Tough products on. The middle product is the one that needs to be chosen. Simply click on the picture and then choose the language. The download will automatically begin, but please note following this procedure only enables the software to be run on Windows computers, and is not compatible with MAC. To access the software on a MAC the camera should simply be plugged in and images can be transferred to the Finder folder, for easy access. The photographs can then be opened up in iPhoto, or if some manipulation to the photograph is required, in Adobe Photoshop, if you have it.

  • Running the software
For Windows operating systems, the software can be run once it has been downloaded from the website. At least 100 MB of hard drive space is needed to install it, and a USB cable is required to transfer pictures to the computer. An Internet connection is also required, but this will also have been required to download the software in the first place. The software is compatible with Microsoft Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows 7.

  • Fisher Price Kid Tough products
The Kid Tough range of products that are available from Fisher Price are durable and tough to withstand handling by children. They all have sturdy hand grips, and kid friendly buttons and are all ideal for children aged three and over. The range of Kid Tough products includes digital cameras, music players, video cameras and binoculars.

I have the same problem.  My fully updated Windows XP machine does not 'see' the camera when connected.

Window's 7 booted up the camera just fine... Need to ensure the batteries are fresh.   Also, it must plug directly into the computer, not through a usb hub...

Why don't you go send a letter or mail to fisher price to tell them about the problem?
