How To Program The Innovage Jumbo Universal Remote Control?

First, make sure the device you want to connect with your remote is turned on, whether that’s the television, DVD player, VCR player, etc. Now aim the Innovage remote at the device. Press the button on the remote control that corresponds to the device (TV, DVD, etc.). Now, press and hold the SET button on the remote control until the LED light on the remote control holds a steady red.

Enter the 4-digit code for your device by pressing the number keys on the remote control (see list below). When you press the fourth digit, the LED light should turn off. This means the remote and the device are "speaking" to each other. Press the OK button to store the code.

If the LED light blinks three times and then remains a solid red, the Innovage remote doesn’t recognize the code for your device. Verify the correct code, then go through the programming steps again.

Test the function by using your remote to cycle through all programmed devices (TV, VCR, etc.).

If your device code isn’t listed, try the Code Search function:
Turn on the device you wish to match with your remote. Aim the remote at the device and press and hold the Code Search button in the upper left of your remote for at least 3 seconds until the LED light on the remote turns a solid red. Press the button on the remote for the item you want to program (TV, DVD, etc.). The LED light should blink once and then remain a solid red.

Press the On/Off button slowly until the device you want to program turns off. The LED light will blink once each time you depress the On/Off button. When the device you want to program turns off, press the ENTER button. The LED button will turn off and the code for that device will be stored in your remote.

Please note that there are often several codes for one particular device. It may take several programming attempts until you find the code that works with your device.

Start by turning on the device that you want to program.
(1) Press & release the device button that you want to program, lets say "VCR" LED will flase once
(2) Press & hold the "CODE SEARCH" button until the LED stays on.
(3) Press and release the POWER button. Point the remote at the device.
(4)The LED will flash as the remote is searching for the code.
(5) As soon as the device turns off press and release the "ENTER" button.
The remote should NOW be programed.

TV codes 0013, 0018, 0028, 0031, 0034, 0043, 0046, 0052, 0058, 0072, 0081, 0084, 0134, 0135, 0141, 0150, 0162, 0182, 0187, 0199, 0208, 1019, 1033, 1036, 1071, 1077, 1149, 1150
vcr codes 4015, 4032, 4012, 4020, 4052, 4017, 4039

Turn on device that you want to set
Aim remote at the device
Press the device button for the item you wish to program and the LED will blink once
Press and hold the set button unti the LED lights up solid red
Using the number keys, enter the 4 digit code from the list.  After you have entered the 4th digit, the LED will turn off, indicating that the code for the device was recognized.
If the device powers off, test the functions for the other buttons (except OK button).  If all the functions work, press the OK button to store the code. If the indicator light remains solid red after blinking 3 times the code is incompatable. You then need to restart back on step 2.
Make a note of the correct 4 digit code for future use.

COde search setting is an alternative method to programming your device without using the code list
Turn on the device you want to set
Aim the remote control at the device
Press the decive button for the item you want to program
Press and hold the SET button until the LED light up solid red
Press the MUTE/SEARCH button. The LED will shut off first then light up solid red.
When the device turns off, press the OK button to store this code.

Code Retrieval
Press and hold the device button you want to display on the remote control
Press the NUMBER 1 then count the number of flashes
Press the NUMBER 2 etc
Press the NUMBER 3 ets
Press the NUMBER 4 etc

If the LED light flashes 10 times the number is 0

I programmed my tv just fine, when I programmed the dvd I get the sound but no picture. Any suggestions?

First turn on device.(TV, DVD,VCR,SAT) Point remote at device. Press "Code Search". Hold button for 3 Seconds until red LED Lights up solid red. Press button of which device you wish to program. Red LED will blink one time and remain solid red. Enter 3 Digit code from code list. If red LEd turns off the code is compatible with device. If it doesn't turn off, try the next 3 digit code. When LED turns off, press the ON/OFF button. If device powers off, you have the right code. Make a note of code for future reference.

I just did what No-it-all said to do and it worked fine.

The control doesn't   have a SET button.

I have a Curtis 2053 dvd/surround sound player. Im trying to set my jumbo remote by Innovage or living solutions. I have no codes, an when i try too program it on the in for that i had rec viced. Its not working. When i press devices the red light stays on. So where do i go from there? Pls Help

All i did to program a TV was:
1) Press TV on remote
2) Make sure tv is off
3) Press and hold the CODE SEARCH button till the LED is solid
4) Press CH^ until the tv turns on
5) Press enter
Time may very depending on tv, make sure your figure is loose and can tap a button for a good period of time

Turn on the device that you want to be programmed.
Hold code search button till red light stays on.
Press which device you want programmed.
Point directly at it and hit the on/off button repeatedly.
Should turn off device, then hit enter.

Not working wen i press tv after the red light is solid, the light just goes off

Does anyone know what to do if you push the code search button comes on and then refuses to go off?  Cannot program if the light never changes.

I have the Harbor Freight version.  I finally got the DVD and TV hooked up.  However...having issues with Directv and there is no code for it in the book.  As a matter of fact, there's a code of Primestar and I tried that with no luck.

Used the no code feature for the innovage jumbo remote because there was no listing. I was able to get some of the features of my Motorola cable box to work but not all of them...any ideas???Please let me know...Thanks....

Hold down code search until red light stays on then press the corresponding button to go with what ur programming (TV DVD etc) then slowly press power repeatedly until device turns off but dont press the power button any extra times it will do the wrong code but once ur tv turns off then press enter and ur done WORKS ALMOST EVERYTIME!!!!!!!

I have a jumbo universal remote and I have a Sylvania TV.... I have tried the code search process as well as using the remote to turn the tv on/off by pressing tv, then code search then on/of repeatedly.....Now my problem is after I get the tv to turn off using the remote, I would press enter then nothing happens. The tv doesn't turn back on or anything...So what's the next step from there?
