In a parliamentary form of government the quorum generally comprises representatives from all constituents and interest groups and represents the people from all over the country, giving them a platform to voice their opinions. It also has a provision for them to make or amend laws and enforce policies which are in the best interests of the people and allow them to work together in a progressive manner.
