McDonald's food is bad for health because it has poor nutritional value and causes obesity in the long run. McDonald's food is also very hazardous to children; ironically they have many meals for kids like Happy Meals. McDonald's food is also packed with preservatives which are also bad for health.

A filmmaker called Spurlock made a documentary called 'Super size me' which proved that McDonald's food id unhealthy. He carried out an experiment for this film by eating only McDonald's food for a period of thirty days. The documentary basically shows his rapidly deteriorating health as goes by. He grew fatter and fatter. He also experienced tiredness and put on a total of 25pounds. In addition his liver began to fill up with fat and his blood sugar shot up. Lastly his cholesterol rose to dangerous levels.
