You can’t legally read the Twilight books for free online – if you could, Stephenie Meyer would make no money from them! However, just because it’s illegal, it doesn’t mean it’s impossible.

You can read extracts from the books on Stephenie Meyer’s website, or you can buy the entire books on various eBook retail sites, such as Amazon’s Kindle store.

Check with your local library, too – some libraries have started loaning eBooks in the same way that they loan regular books, so you might be able to borrow one for free.

Some websites may have the Twilight books available for free download, but this is always illegal. The eBooks will be pirated, and you risk getting into trouble with the law if you download them.

Well for some books Barnes and Noble's website has previews of a book, and it lets you read a little bit of every chapter...P.S. I really like Twilight.

It's illegal but if you get an eBook you can probably read it, but you might need Adobe Reader.

You can't read it online unless you buy it as an e-book. If people could read it online for free, selling the book would be useless. Plus, I'm pretty sure it's illegal to read it if it's not a purchased e-book, so be careful, people! Stephanie Meyer worked hard on the series, and if it was free online, she would basically get no money!

You can read Twilight for free haha, by jacking someone's book and reading it and giving it back and saying "I found this on the floor."

That's illegal, and a violation to the hard worker Stephenie Meyer. I came upon this and now I cannot believe it. You need to buy the book if you want to read it, however, on eBay it's cheaper than store bought and they're in really great shape...only Stephenie Meyer won't be getting paid for her hard work.

You shouldn't do this to the author. She worked to write the book and obtaining a book free is horrible. Not only that but you can get in huge trouble like this. To read the preface and first chapter of each book, however, here is a site;

They don't give away books for free online, if they did what would be the point in selling it and they wouldn't make any money. Get a grip and just buy the book, you can get it quite cheap used on Amazon.
