My zen is stuck in recovery mode and i just got it yesterday What do i do?

You can reset your zen by placing the pen head in the hole below the power button for 20 seconds.
Or
Attempt to slide the switch like you are shutting it down and then use a pin to reset the mode. By doing so all song could be washed out. For more information checkout following link
