Hey, the first ice cream van of the summer has arrived in the close. Does this mean that winter is over?

So long as that ice cream van isn't part of an undercover secret service operation, you can take it to mean that the days are getting longer, and hopefully warmer too.

Although I think early March is a little optimistic for UK-based ice cream vendors if you ask me.
