A "Blurt" shares the specific question or answer to all your followers on Blurtit. It posts the question or answer into their feeds so they can see it too...
I mainly use it if I find an answer that I think my friends will find interesting or funny.
If you are familliar with Twitter, it's just like a "retweet".
