I don't know if this is quite what you're looking for, but I have found a very easy looking recipe for non-dairy cream cheese made with tofu (soya bean curd) so it should be similar. Anyway it looks tasty and supposedly is non-fattening too! The principal ingredients are tofu, ground cashew nuts (or cashew butter) lemon juice, salt and some kind of sweetener; but if you go to this vegetarian website, you can find out the quantities and so on. Anyway, the website looks quite good if you've never seen it before - a very wide range.
