I have a lump on my right arm. It is were the arm bends. I can't pick anything up. I have had this for a week now. It hurts to touch. I can't pick anything up without it falling. I don't know what it is. I never had this happen. What could it be?

I don't recall how I would. I woke up fine and I noticed it when I was watching the kids next door.
