I'm getting back together with my ex, she's pregnant with my kid and I really want to be there for her and the baby. (take responsibility.. I'm so nervous and so happy.) I'm going to be there for her. What can I do to help before the baby comes?

Details: She's still in school, 18 years old, I'm 20. I'm working and doing everything she asks and needs me too. I'm on cloud nine! So happy to make this work! But I feel like this isn't enough. What else can I do?

My youngest sister just screamed, she's been having night terrors and this was another one of those times. Is there anything I can do to help her? (I used to get them too, but my method of dealing with it won't work for her, she's too young.)

Tyson is right and make  sure the hall light is always on and she can see everything clearly when she wakes from these things. Also, small tiny noises make her mind think they are something else, so she may need a small fan on at night to block small noises and help her sleep better. … Read more
