Did you hear about the woman who plowed her car into Oklahoma State's college homecoming parade? Her workplace made her leave that morning as she "appeared" intoxicated. Should they be held accountable ALSO since they let her drive that way?

I think they should be ! If they thought she was possibly intoxicated, then they should have called her a cab instead. Just the same as good bartenders do to drunk patrons. Although they haven't released the test results yet. This statement was released about an hour ago.

I assume yes they could do that. I'm not sure if there has to be a certain rule about it but it could be an excellent unwritten rule to take care of the members who working in an environment as a team. It's suit if the workplaces take responsibility  of this matters. For the safety … Read more
