My friend has been showing up later every time we hang out. Last week she said 'I'll be there just let me get dressed' and she showed up 40 minutes later, and today she said 'let me brush my hair' and 1.5 hours later shows up? What to do?

Just tell her youve been noticing and you don't really like it and ask her why she is doing it
she very well could be just like me and I do that to my friends all the time usually just cause I'm a little ADD and a procrastinator so I always find something else I need to do before I leave
But yea just ask her about it
