Blurtit probably will not have a relief fund. There would be an enormous amount of bookkeeping involved and legal responsibilities. If you are truly interested in participating in a relief fund, send your money to the Red Cross.
They haven't in the past, done any relief fund charitiies. I don't think that they will. It isn't out of their realm though to start doing that, for all kinds of different things, but, that might be something quite a ways down the road.
I think they should have some by now.
