No, not really if it's a good answer and it answers your question. Sometimes it takes a lot to explain to someone. If it's too long and drawn out for a simple question, then that can be annoying. Hope this wasn't too long ! :)
Does any one else get annoyed when people post like really really long answer on simple questions? Sorry but I do.
Sometimes yeah I too get bored reading long answers but when I push myself and read them I realize that they were actually really good! And so now I'm not stepping back on reading long answers at all! But yeah I still get annoyed with people just asking foolish questions or the ones that just need some logic or common sense!
I don't mind them, but I suppose it depends on the question. I think people generally want longer answers to their own questions, but don't want to read long answers on other people's questions. As long as the answer doesn't repeat itself too much I think they're okay.
