I don't think anxiety is hereditary. It is an emotion that I'm sure many of us have faced from time to time.
if you suffer from anxiety is it likely that one of your family members had it? Like your grandfather or grandmother?
My mom's side of the family had anxiety, bipolar and I've got the same exact thing ...I think down the road they're going find that mental illnesses are inherited mental illnesses.
