Tiger is right, there isn't any blocking option here. Usually people ask this when some spammer follows them. It's no big deal as they can't message you or anything. If a person is giving you trouble, then contact DS narfolk , Angela Anthony , or myself and we'll try to help you out. You can also use the "Contact" on the bottom of the page but you can message any of the Admins even if you don't follow them. One of us is usually around somewhere.
