Physically;

It depends how long you have left till the trial. You should not press your body more than it can handle or rush your exercises. Push ups, sit ups and pull ups are basic for any physical preparedness. There are different types of crunches exist that you can follow. I'll insert a picture below to show examples and the basic sets. Keeping your physic ready and flexible is very crucial for this profession. And consistency is the key. As a tip you must remember, having strong legs are more important than having super athletic body. A normal fitness can do the job but legs and a good breathing capacity are everything in soccer. Without fitness and capacity to run long, fast and strong you're just destroying grasses regardless of how smart or talented you are.

Psychological;

Just focus. Believe in yourself and have faith that you can do it. All you need to do is to decide it and want it. If you really want it, you should not give up. You might fail at this trial for many reasons such as:

-You find stress and anxiety that glitch your performance -They have lots of other players in your position -Issues in paperwork -A difficult choice by them to pick someone else over you due a very slight reason ect . . .

But if you really want this, you shouldn't give up and keep remembering each failure contains lessons and experiences toward success. You must just use them correctly. If not this trial then the next and next till you get it right.your value will not decrease if this goes wrong. Just keep it together, as you walk on the field be yourself and know that this is your moment and you're going to catch it. Own the field. Every inch of it is yours. Use every space you got and observe it with wide open eyes. Leave behind everything else that is going on in your life, just focus on what you doing on the field. Be yourself, and do what you have to do. The rest of it will happen as it should.
