My manager makes me feel worthless,she tells me to shut up, the owner should fire me, who told me I was ready for work in the real world, judges my every move and in general belittles me,what should I do?

File a harassment complaint with your HR department and EEOC as you update your resume, while tape recording and documenting everything she does especially times, dates, every word she says to you and if possible other people, keep your composure and say/speak very little to her and always with as many people around. Be sure to always  say very politely to her around others, "Please  (her name) stop harassing and bullying me.
