Lawn Bowls is a fun game! I played something similar with a curved disc called Rolle Bolle.
With a little paint, you can turn an old ball into a lawn ornament. Here's bugs. I also saw a cute sports theme painted with baseballs, soccer balls, etc.
Or, you can give them a new ball on a lawn cake!
