It depends on the crime in question. If we are talking about graffiti or something then no. It's not hurting anyone and they can scrape it off or pay for it. If we are talking about theft, armed robbery, rape, or anything serious, they should be tried as adults. By the time someone is a teenager, they know right from wrong.

It's already about 1.25pm.on New Years Day down here in Australia 🇦🇺 Normally would go out & see the Fireworks 💥 but since becoming a dad just a quiet night with some DVDs

I think a child should receive more psychological intervention when doing time in the hope that they have more chance of rehabilitation, or determining the fact as to whether they are safe to bet let out to live within a community.
