Unfortunately, your Account has been hacked and this is the usual consequences of being hacked so best thing here to do is notify the website carrier like Facebook or Yahoo and inform their security dept and write a disclaimer notifying everyone that your Account has been hacked and apologize for any problems it might cause but it is not you writing these things so everyone wont accuse you of being evil.
