Ask your coach. They would know how to advise you. YouTube might have videos but if this were me, I would go to my coach and ask them.
How do you twist in gymnastics..Im moving up in my class to a new rec team and they are twisting already. I have no experience with twisting does anybody know how to or have any drills on twisting? Also since im a right legged gymnast do I twist left?
