Sure it is. Eating too much fruit can sometimes give you the Hershey squirts.
It 's better eating them as average as other food, if you eat them too much then sometimes it would cause harm, like diarrhoea, or stomachache etc.
Eating fruit, is better for you then drinking fruit.
You will bombard you liver with too much to handle with an intake of too much fruits since those natural sugars get processed differently.
A good "Rule of Thumb" is to consider using moderation when talking about eating ANYTHING . . . The difference being processed foods should have the lowest moderation ratio while natural foods can be consumed in a higher ration STILL observing moderation.
