Snow forms when tiny ice crystals in clouds stick together to become snowflakes. If enough crystals stick together, they'll become heavy enough to fall to the ground. Snow is formed when temperatures are low and there is moisture in the atmosphere in the form of tiny ice crystals.

Because the drops of water become frozen in the higher layers of the atmosphere and come to us looking this way.

Snowing is just a seasonal thing, and there is nothing pretty fascinating about it. It feels great to watch snow, but it makes us feel really cold as well. It is actually generated when tiny ice crystals, cling together in cloud, producing snow flakes. They are cold, icy, dry and also are formed when the temperature is pretty low as well.
