It’d be very minimal at most since AT&T doesn’t really own many sports properties save an interest in MLB Network which it got when they bought DirecTV, the Root Sports Networks in five markets and various sports venues they have naming rights to.

If anything, the minority stake in MLB Network and the Root Sports would be moved over to Turner Sports alongside their management stake in the NBA Network and various league sites, including NBA.com, PGA.com, NCAA.com, and Bleacher Report. AT&T would likely end their Fox Sports relationship on the Root network and settle its operations at Turner Sports, creating a regional network that could eventually become national in time.
