Hi,Jeff I really don't Know about ICAN specifically, but on looking for where to get professional certification in estate survey here in Nigeria, i found a site that has a directory of many higher institutions in Nigeria and their entry requirements, they also have a list of Professional certification bodies. I think you should visit the site yourself at www.studylocal.ng and even if you don't find the exact answers you are looking for, you can send an inquiry or use their livechat function. The best part about this was that I did it all on my phone in the comfort of my home.
