sydni ulricksen asked 7/16/2011 Okay, so regarding my question before. I had my toe ring off for maybe 20 minutes. It's a 3 part toe ring, and i got the first two parts on, but the last one won't go on. They are all the same size, and i just had them resized. Why won't it go on?
