My dog is a medium Yorkshire Terrier and he was dry heaving for a few days last month but it stopped and now it's started again. He's been eating and drinking regularly and is completely fine when he isn't heaving, is something seriously wrong?

My dog has a small lump on his upper eye lid, what is it? It has gone away before, but will keep growing back, and sometimes even bigger. It doesn't seem to bother him.
