I think it is the Dodge Tomahawk, with a Viper V10 engine top speed unknown (nobody has been crazy enough to take it all the way it has been up to 330mph) There are only a few hundred currently in production costing around 200k

The low sheen answer is a very excellent one, for small imperfections, if your walls are white like mine, (I learned this from my mother) white-out is an inexpensive answer (so you don't have to get more paint than you need)
