I'm getting my done tomarrow and I'm only 12 I alreay pierced my lips 2 times myself.  I didnt hurt but I pierced my noes 1 time myself that kinda hurt.  So I dint think the  would hurt more then a paper cut.  Well not that bad. They hurt more then needles. So go for it!
