I tried with 14 giant rocks and 10 shrubs of grass and didn't have any luck (after placing them I changed the time of my ds to the next year)... So I took my shrubs down and put the 10 forest trees in, and INSTANTLY Riolu were popping up! :) I FINALLY caught one!
