Will RH Factor Pregnancy Problem Come For O+ve And O - Ve Parents ?

My Blood Group Is O+ve , I'm Going To Marry A Girl Whose Blood Group Is O-ve. I Don't Know Any Thing RH Factor.But I Heard That RH +ve And -ve Blood Group Parents Will Face A Problem During Pregnancy. Will The RH Factor Make A Problem For Us?

My husband has O +ve blood group and I've O -ve blood and we have one child which is different from me.After that two times early pregnant abortion was happened on me.What should I do?Does the Rh-ve can come the cause?
