I am not an HIV or AIDS person. Thank god. I feel so sorry for these victims. My upbringing saved me from such a horrible fate. It really did. And the fact that my mother and other relatives would have (literally) killed if they event I thought participated in any risky behavior. I know everyone did not get the disease from risk behavior, which I have even more sympathy for. Your parents aren't wrong about everything.
