Lori Pooh answered Anonymous' question 3/2/2014 My dog started panting today. I live in California and we hardly get rain, but it started raining today all day. He started Panting, shaking and acting strange, we walk to another room he starts to panic. It comes and goes though. What could be wrong? It sounds like anxiety. That can happen when a dogs is not use to something and it scares them.
