Danielle Danielle asked 11/5/2014 I'm 18 days late on my menstrual cycle. I have dizziness, mild constipation, terrible lower back pain, pressure on lower abdomen/vagina area. No sickness or swelling. I took 4 pregnancy test: 2 had faint lines 1 and a half weeks ago, the other two were negative 4 or 5 days ago. Could I be pregnant?
