Roxanne Turner asked 6/25/2008 I Have A Rash On My Hands. Starts As Little Black Dots Under The First Layer Of The Skin, They Are Painful. Then They Swell And Start To Itch. Some Turn Into Blisters Filled With Water. Can Anyone Please Help?
