Is Blood Pressure 95 Over 60 Too Low?
Low blood pressure readings means the blood pressure that is lower than 90 systolic or 60 diastolic. So you are not considered as low blood pressure, but gifted by the nature that is safe to every organ.

What Is Consider To Low For Blood Pressure?
If the blood pressure reading that is lower than 90 systolic or 60 diastolic is consider as low blood pressure reading.  Even the one reading is lower than normal it is considered as low blood pressure.
