I'm trying to locate someone who is moving every time their ex-wife finds them so up and goes on the run within a week. How do I find them quickly?

If you know their SS#, there are private detective places online that can do it - costs about $40. I used one to find my ex-wife to have her served with court papers.

got the social and all he's personal info. I even have a level of gov clearance and anything a p.i. can find out I can do as well. but still thanks for your help.
