I've no idea I think it's c**p because in great britain we learn french when our language is english I guess it's because english is the most common language spoken / learnt in the work.

Oh that's just easy _ _ _ what you do id on your keyboard were there is a key that looks like a take a way sign - and then a longer one above it all you do is hold down shift (the arrow) don't let go off it and press that button!!!
