I can't find a record if it being appraised.  With that said, I think you could say it's priceless.  Nobody would ever sell it. It will never be for sale, so there is no way to affix a price tag on it.

They most definitely can, but it is difficult for those with bipolar to keep a job when not taking medication to regulate their mental mood swings.  A relative of mine had this issue (amongst others), and he wouldn't stay on the medication.  He is now being taken care of by a certain unnamed state.

Funny thing, actually. It gives it magnetic traits. It tends to draw blue and red flashing lights to it  (in other words, if you don't know how fast you are going, how can you know that you aren't going too fast?).

Aside from getting tickets, a bad speed sensor shouldn't have any adverse affects.

Yes, rates of evaporation are inversely proportional to the humidity. Dogs can get.....*a guy answering this one.....kinda uncomfortable*...infections down there too.  You might want to go take her to the vet, so he can make sure it's a simple infection, and not something worse. Even if the infection is something small, she'll still need some meds to treat it.

Google is in itself an abbreviation.  It is a play on the word googol, which is a 1 followed by 100 "0"s.  So, instead of having to write that number, you abbreviate it to "googol". Google gets its name from that obscene number.

An illegal website is a site that contains information (documentation/images/videos/etc) that has been deemed illegal by your state/nation for one reason or another.  If you are found to be in possession of information obtained from one of these websites, you can be arrested, and even placed in prison for a long period of time.

It's a Cheque that's "bounced".  The bank refuses to pay out on it for whatever reason. It could be that there wasn't enough money to cover the Cheque, or the account that the cheque was drawn on had been closed, or even fake.
