my brother has a metro pcs and he has a lot of problems like skip classes , be late at home, the friends he choose are always in trouble is any way to check his text msg?

This all depends on the make of the phone, what kind of phone does your brother use and what provider is it with? As well, is he the one paying for the plan?

I believe that there will be,

Education is a vital part to everyone's day to day being and is needed to get anywhere in society. I do not believe that there will ever be an alternative, and that there will always be schools.
