answered 5/26/2009 I Had My Tongue Pierced A Week Ago And Its Been Fine. Yesterday I Noticed A Lump Inside My Tongue Around The Piercing. It's Slightly Sore And I Was Just Wondering If Anybody Knew If This Was Part Of The Healing Process? Well, it depends...you might want to see your doctor....or it just might be a regular cold sore..still...I suggest you go to the doctor and get a check-up.....HANG IN THERE, & GOOD LUCK!!!... : ) !!!
