None of the tattoo removal creams work. They all contain skin pigment faders which do not work on tattoo pigment. Some also contain a grit that is used to exfoliate the skin, but if you exfoliate you don't need the creams, they just add to the cost of the product without any extra benefit. Always … Read more

Currently the best tattoo removal systems, in order of effectiveness are Laser, IPL, TCA, Dermabrasion and Excision. I place dermabrasion before excision simply because excision is more suited for smaller tattoos, nothing large.
