I am a divorced father in Connecticut who legally terminated his rights to his said children due to Parental Alienation Syndrome caused by ex-spouse. After a court victory which would force said ex-spouse to comply with my divorce-granted joint custody rights, my malicious ex-spouse engaged in PAS to make sure my children wanted nothing to do with their father. I now engage fathers to try shared parenting first, but if unsuccessful, than I advocate TPR to avoid support being used as an alimony ruse. For malicious mothers who want all pay and no fatherly say for their ex-husbands, its about time we remove the financial incentives with support that hinder parenting. Termination of Parental Rights removes support period. I suggest this as the last resort, particularly if children hate the father due to a malicious mom.
