Not usually there are neuromuscular relaxants/blocking agents and skeletal muscle relaxants and combination drugs, it is possible that an opiate is mixed in with the relaxant but in general muscle relaxants are opiate free. You have to look up your particular drug. Drugs.com has a lot of useful information.
