Not any more than any other fluid intake or sustenance would. Puppy need to stay hydrated primarily. Keep temp controlled. Egg isn't going to be much aid unless the pup is more willing to consume it than something else.

That's tapeworm. They generally come from fleas or eating the eggs from another animal who is infected. Don't use hartz products. Get a dewormer from your vet or a feed store.
