Gordo's right!  Thanks so much for the tip!  I was able to print & fax, but could not scan.  I downloaded the drivers & updates from Dell's website, but it didn't work.  I followed PuddyOne's instructions & now everything is working!  Thanks again for the help!   Much Aloha - IslandGirl
