I think that it is a Samurai.  It is too bad he is removing it.  It was done by the late Bonten in Okinawa Japan.  Bonten has pictures of Charlie in his shop as well as Mohamed Ali's ring coat.  What a moron, I hope he gets a MJ Air tattoo on his face.
